• Aquila provides activities for children at the Kids Adventure Zone. These include an outdoor play area with mini golf, giant chess, a sandpit, and wooden playground. The indoor play area has video games, book and puzzles for sun all-year round.
• Children of all ages are allowed on the traditional 4×4 vehicle safari experience.
• An age restriction of 16 years old applies for our spa access and treatments, quad bike, and horseback activity.
• All swimming activities and pool use must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Our Family Cottages allow for children in a loft room, while the Premier Lodge Rooms offer a sleeper couch for children up to the age of 12.

Aquila strives to protect and preserve the threatened wildlife of South Africa specialising in the Cape region. A unique safari experience at Aquila Private Game Reserve with the traditional, horseback and quad bike safari options available along with the opportunities to experience the eco-synergy project tour and learn about the various rescue efforts.

Accommodation at Aquila is designed to offer comfort and luxury in a natural setting, in the bush-style cottages with outdoor rock showers or modern-style Aquila lodge with stunning views of the reserve.
