  • Children 13 years and younger are not allowed in any rooms built on a dam wall for safety reasons.
  • Children under the age of six years are not allowed on open-vehicle game drives for safety reasons.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • By law, smoking of tobacco products is prohibited in public places. Smoking is also a fire hazard.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. A penalty of N$ 2000.00 / $140 will be charged if rules are not adhered to.

In central Namibia, you will find Old Traders Lodge in the Erindi Private Game Reserve. This is a protected reserve. The name "Erindi" means "place of water." Here, you will find an abundance of endemic species and multiple conservation projects.

Outstanding Experience! (Cape Town, Sabi Sands, Vic Falls)
After attempting to book this trip myself (a couple coming from the US), I gave up and reached out to Sara from Safari.com. I told Sara what I was thinking and by the next day she had created several wonderful itineraries!
