Shindzela Tented Safari Camp is an authentic safari experience that pulls no punches in its authenticity and fun. Old fashioned and cozy, this camp shares traversing rights with the greater Timbavati.
Accommodation at Shindzela is made in twin bed canvas tents on wooden platforms, each complete with solar lighting, elegant wire insect mesh, and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
Facilities at Shindzela include a covered thatched-roof dining and lounge area, the camp kitchen, a central African fireplace (boma), and a small swimming pool.
Shindzela uses solar-powered lights, gas geysers and candles. Charging station (no power points in the tents). Free Wi-Fi is available.

Pascal John was awesome!
Pascal John was very helpful with planning our trip. We had specific dates and time frames that we had to make sure corresponded correctly with the rest of our South Africa trip and Pascal John could not have made it any easier. We have completed the preliminary reservations with this amazing travel firm. Thank God they exist! First time to Cape Town
We are a group of ten friends traveling together to Cape Town for the first time. Safari.com was our top choice for travel agents. Leché and Tracy were incredibly helpful and prompt with our questions and bookings. The trip to Sanbona Wildlife Reserve was fantastic, and everything went off without a hitch.
